Out of protest against plastic as a material, which is very harmful for our planet. and mass production from the East, 15 years ago I started a job that makes me the happiest person in the world - the production of fly fishing equipment. This small family manufactory does not allow any mistakes when it comes to product quality.

In the process of designing the authentic wooden boxes, which you will see below, also participated our permanent associates.Those are fly fishing shops, fly fishing guides, fly tyers, and of course fly fishermen themselves.

Every year, a part of the earnings is donated to environmental protection and stocking of local waters with brown trout. This means that each of our users is automatically worthy of a good deed.

The material used for making wooden fly boxes is exclusively walnut wood that grows on rocky terrain at over 500m above sea level. Such conditions of its growth, as a material, make it super strong, solid and give it a unique texture.
The first (rough) processing of wood is done on CNC machines. This insures the exact dimensions of each wooden box. After this operation, the piece of wood no longer has any contact with machines - all subsequent operations are performed with our 8 diligent hands.
Magnets as a box “locking” system are our best solution. There is no complicated mechanism (as in the case of plastic boxes). The magnets are on the inside of the box. Thanks to this “locking” solution the fly box opens with just one movement. Those same magnets are strong enough to prevent the box from opening on its own and the flies “fly” all around.
The brass hinges are also pressed into the wood on the inside of the box and are barely visible. This means that they can not get attached to some parts of fishing clothing (this is one of the most frequent problems with boxes made of plastic)
The mat for flies is made of foam. The optimal thickness of the foam ensures easy putting in and taking out the fly. It also does not allow flies to fall out of their nest by themselves
The final protection of wooden boxes is based on wax. This kind of “mummification” (and then polishing) gives the wooden box a fancy and rustic look and protection for all time.
On the front of the box, there is a laser-engraved logo. A logo made in this way is precise and eternal. It is impossible to fade or be erased. Fly fishing shops have the privilege of having their company’s logo in the orders boxes
